Tosca Zoppé, a sixth-generation circus performer from the Zoppé family, is carrying on her rich circus heritage which is renowned for bareback equestrian arts since 1842. Since her premier appearance in the ring at a day old (her first Elephant ride), Tosca has had an extraordinary life performing a variety of circus acts including: Liberty horses and trapeze, as well as directing her family’s circus, the Zoppé Family Circus. However, her true passion is the preservation and promotion of the art of bareback riding. She dances with grace upon the back of her massive steed while galloping around the ring. Tosca’s equestrian artistry lives on today through her talent, a devotion to her heritage and circus history of an era almost forgotten.
