In celebration of its 26th season, Circus Flora, St. Louis' beloved, one-ring circus, announces its brand new show, The Wizard, May 31 through June 24 under the air-conditioned, red-and-white, big top tent in Grand Center.

Circus Flora has these very special events and opportunities planned for this season:

•  FloraDora - Friday, May 25th - Join event chairs, Tom & Carol Voss and David Brown & Cate McDonald, for our 10th annual FloraDora Fantasy Fundraiser! You will be treated to a night of pageantry & revelry as you step into Merlin's magical world of mystery and adventure. Your evening will begin with delectable nosh and tempting libations from several of St. Louis's top restaurants. Next, you will be heralded into the big top for a special performance by the cast of The Wizard. The evening will conclude after you take center ring and dance the night away with Circus Flora stars. •  Peanut Free Preview - Thursday, May 31st - Due to a fantastic response over the years, Circus Flora will again provide this special night, allowing those with this severe allergy their special opportunity to enjoy the magic of circus!

•  Opening Night - Friday, June 1st - Buy your tickets now to be the first to see the show.

•  The Craft of Circus - Saturday, June 2, join Craft Alliance for an unforgettable, unique workshop. Participants attend the matinee at Circus Flora, then head to Craft Alliance in the Kranzberg Arts Center from 5:00 until 7:00pm to create a work of art inspired by the show. Cost is $65 per person. •  Washington University Day - Saturday, June 9th, 2pm - Welcoming Alumnus, students, Faculty and Staff to a special community gathering. Visit alumni.wustl.edu to make your reservations today!

•  Scouting Day - Saturday June 16th - The third annual Scouting Day at the circus! All Boy and Girl Scouts are invited to purchase their tickets through their troops, enjoy the performance together, and stay afterwards for Badge-related activities!

•  Artist Day - Saturday, June 16th - the third annual Artist Day at Circus Flora! Visual artists will have the rare opportunity to sketch, paint and photograph morning rehearsals and the matinee performance. Participants may submit work for an exhibition in the Art Saint Louis Galleries in Fall of 2012.

•  Father's Day - Sunday, June 17th - there is no better way to celebrate Dad's special day than by taking the whole family to the circus!
