Christine Ferriter

Christine Ferriter is thrilled to be returning to Circus Flora for an exciting seventh season.  Based in Chicago, her work as a lighting and scenic designer has been seen at a number of the city’s theaters including Raven Theatre (Resident Lighting Designer & Artistic Associate), the Anatomy Collective (Resident Designer & Core Company Member), Congo Square Theatre Company, Bohemian Theatre Ensemble, Promethean Theatre Ensemble, and Rasaka Theatre Company, as well as with Teatro del Pueblo in Saint Paul, Minn.  Christine was recently nominated for the 2009 Michael Maggio Emerging Designer Award and for a 2009 Black Theatre Alliance Award for Best Lighting Design for her work on Congo Square Theatre’s production of The Saint James Infirmary.  She holds a BFA in lighting design from the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University.
