Join us for an evening of sophistication as we get swept away to an era of gallantry and enchantment…complete with custom cocktails, decadent foods, mystical circus performances, tempting auction items and spirited dancing!

This year we are pleased to honor Peter Bunce, Circus Flora Board Member, for his tireless efforts towards completing the “Take a Seat” capital campaign and his diligent dedication to the Arts in Saint Louis.

Valet parking will be available at the Centene Center. Valet service will relocate so that cars will be able to be collected from the parking lot in front of the Big Top Tent after the circus performance.

Here’s a partial list of some of the great fantasy items we have for you to bid on…

“It’s a bird… It’s a plane… No - It’s YOU on the flying trapeze!!”	The Flying Cortes family will take one lucky bidder on a flight through the circus skies! The climb to the platform is just the beginning of your adventure, and you’ll be thankful for the harness when it’s time to take your flying leap. No one would believe you if you told them you learned to fly, so to prove it to them we’re including four (4) box seats to the circus performance so that three of your friends can attend the show with you and stay afterwards to cheer you on above the ring. You and your guests are also invited for dinner on the back lot with the opportunity to mingle with some of the circus stars!
“Pint-Sized Picnic”	Join the world’s smallest horse, Thumbelina, and her friends for a pizza party for 10-15 of your own pint sized friends on her farm in Saint Louis. Known worldwide as the Guinness record holding horse, Thumbelina is a dwarf miniature horse standing only 17.5 inches tall! Children around the world have fallen in love with her, so seize the opportunity to experience this intimate affair with the most famous horse in the world! Date to be mutually agreed upon.
“Honorary Ringmaster”	Here’s your chance to be a circus star! You’ll have the rare opportunity to stand center-ring before a live audience to kick off one of the performances in this, our 22nd season. We’ll also include four (4) box seats so you and three friends can have the opportunity to experience the whole show ringside. But we don’t stop there - the honorary ringmaster and their guests will be escorted to the back lot after the performance for a catered dinner and a backstage glimpse at the circus life!
“Café Zoppé”	Giovanni Zoppé (you know him as Nino the Clown!) invites you and three guests of your choice to an intimate evening on the back lot! Giovanni serves as chef for your party, and joins the group for an unforgettable meal - Italian style! Also enjoy four (4) box seats to Circus Flora. Work up an appetite while watching your chef swing from the sky!
“Walk the Line”	Walk the wire with the legendary Tino Wallenda! Experience Circus Flora with three guests from your box seats, and after the performance Tino will take the winner for a walk on the high wire. Don’t worry - he’s looking out for your safety. All you have to do is watch your step! You’ll have a new respect for the performers and yourself once you conquer the wire, and your guests will be there to cheer you on. Includes dinner for four on the backlot after the walk.
“Circus Cowboy/Cowgirl”	You’ve never ridden a horse like this before! Tosca Zoppé, world renowned equestrienne, shows you how to ride with grace and gusto…and without sitting down! They make it look so easy - but is it? Find out as you and three guests enjoy four (4) box seats to Circus Flora, riding lessons for one in the ring, and dinner following on the back lot to top off your night of circus!
“Northern Exposure”	Forget heading south for the winter - how about heading north any time of year? We’re auctioning off a one week stay in Traverse City, Michigan. Make yourself at home in this four bedroom, 3.5 bath hilltop house. Relax on the deck while enjoying the dramatic views of Lake Michigan, or gaze on Old Mission Peninsula from inside the panoramic windows and vaulted ceilings that make this the perfect place for a getaway. Accessible to renowned vineyards, orchards, restaurants and shops - you won’t want to come home! Sleeps seven in two queen size beds, one set of bunk beds, and one single bed. Availability between October 2008 and October 2009 subject to scheduling with owners.
“Basset Hunt”	Spend a Sunday afternoon in the country this fall with the Masters and Members of the Three Creek Basset Hunt. Follow the hounds as they chase rabbits from one cover to the next. “Cardinal Fever”	See more than just a ball game when you attend Busch Stadium this summer. We’ve secured 2 seats right behind home plate for you to watch the Cardinals vs. Cubs on September 10, 2008, as well as a private VIP tour of the Stadium! Who knows who you’ll see when you’re behind the scenes in the home of the Redbirds!
