Music from Circus Flora by Miriam Cutler

The music that accompanies Circus Flora and its magical show, Da Capo, comes to life on this new sound track. Award-winning composer, Miriam Cutler, has created a thrilling score for Da Capo and added a bonus track from an earlier Circus Flora production, Passport For Flora.

Da Capo unites Circus Flora's family of stars as it tells a love story of two couples intertwined amidst conflicting traditions. Romance serves as a back drop for circus magic, wizardry and swordplay, dancing gypsies, gravity-defying aerial acts and breath-taking equestrian feats.

Based in St. Louis since 1985, Circus Flora currently makes its home in the Grand Center Creative & Cultural District of the city. Over the last decade, the circus big top has also been featured at such prestigious venues as the Spoleto Festival USA, Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center.

Circus Flora's creative team includes: Artistic Director/Producer, Ivor David Balding; Theatre Director, Cecil MacKinnon; Performance Director, Alexandre Sacha Pavlata; General Manager, Holly Harris; Composer, Miriam Cutler; and Musical Director, Janine Delarte.
